Carla has a well-established record of results, with more than 20 years of experience teaching, training, designing, developing, and managing high-end learning solutions and programs and 15 years of experience developing high-performance teams.
She delivers successful outcomes by listening to client needs and ensuring the alignment of desired outcomes with individualized and team-focused deliverables. Her background in learning research allows her to streamline the training process by combining the use of instructor-led training, job aids/infographics, and eLearning solutions. Primary focus areas include gap analysis; instructional design; eLearning design and development, process design and aligning performance metrics to measurable outcomes.
Carla’s previous projects include multi-day, new-hire training programs and workshops for call center staff, sales teams, managers, and executives; design, development and delivery of train-the-trainer programs; multi-module eLearning projects, and process improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
Carla is a graduate of Southern Illinois where she completed her doctorate in curriculum and instruction. She resided in Carmel with her husband, Craig. They have two adult children. Carla provides free resources to parents that focus on improved thinking and learning skills; and actively serves as a mentor and advisor with Project Regalia, a program focused on successful undergraduate degree completion.
