Quenay has over 13 years of Human Resources experience working in an array of environments, including healthcare and manufacturing. Prior to starting her career in human resources, Quenay worked as an employment law paralegal. During that time, she gained extensive knowledge in human resources by learning about employment laws. Her background as an employment law paralegal allows her primary focus areas to be multi-state compliance and employee relations.

Quenay also has training and development experience. In addition to mentoring less experienced HR professionals, previous projects include design, development and facilitation of leadership development training programs and updating new hire onboarding processes to increase efficiency.

After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management from Concordia University Wisconsin, Quenay then earned her Master’s in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. Quenay is a lifelong resident of Indianapolis. In her free time, she enjoys coloring, diamond art painting, and baking.
